About Lexi
Hi, I'm Lexi Simi — founder of Simi Fit. With a background in physical therapy, I started Simi Fit to bring rehab-focused movement into the place people are most comfortable: their own home. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or simply trying to feel like yourself again, my goal is the same — help you move better with less guesswork and less pain.
Every session is built around what you actually need that day. That might mean targeted strength work, mobility and stability drills, cupping for tension and recovery, or a focused stretch session. No big-box gym energy, no one-size-fits-all programs — just careful, attentive work that meets you where you are.

FAQ
Lexi travels to your home anywhere in South Orange County — from Tustin to San Clemente. You don't come to her. All you need is a small open space (about the size of a yoga mat, plus some room to move).
No. Simi Fit is rehab-focused exercise drawing on Lexi's physical therapy background. It complements — but doesn't replace — care from a licensed physical therapist or physician. If you're under active care, we're happy to work alongside your provider.
Often, yes. Most clients come to Simi Fit because they want movement that respects what their body is going through. Reach out and describe what's going on — Lexi will be honest about whether it's a good fit or whether you'd be better served seeing a clinician first.
Cupping uses gentle suction to decompress tight tissue and improve circulation. It can leave temporary circular marks for a few days — they're not bruises and they fade on their own. Lexi will walk you through what to expect before your first session.
No equipment required. Lexi brings what's needed for the session, and exercises are scaled to whatever space you have.
Simi Fit is private pay (cash, Venmo, or Zelle), with payment due at the time of service. Please give at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation or reschedule so the time can be offered to another client.
