1. Who we are

“Simi Fit,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Simi Fit LLC, a California limited liability company operated by Lexi Simi in South Orange County, California, providing in-home exercise, cupping, and assisted stretching services.

2. Services

Simi Fit offers private, in-home sessions including exercise rehabilitation, cupping therapy, and assisted stretching. Lexi has a background in physical therapy. Simi Fit is not physical therapy and is not medical care. See our Health & Medical Disclaimer for important safety information you should read before booking.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to book a session for yourself. Minors may receive services only with the consent and presence of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these terms on the minor's behalf.

4. Booking, payment, and cancellations

Booking

Sessions are booked by mutual agreement after you contact us. A session is confirmed once Lexi confirms the date, time, and location with you.

Payment

Simi Fit is private pay only. Payment is due at the time of service, accepted by cash, Venmo, or Zelle unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pricing is listed on simifitoc.com and may change from time to time — the price quoted at booking is the price you'll pay for that session.

Cancellations and reschedules

We ask for at least 24 hours' noticefor any cancellation or reschedule so the time can be offered to another client. Repeated short-notice cancellations or no-shows may, at Lexi's discretion, lead us to decline future bookings.

Late arrivals and access

Sessions start at the agreed time. If Lexi can't access your home at the scheduled time, or arrives and finds the space unsafe or unsuitable, the session may be shortened or cancelled at full fee.

5. Service area

Simi Fit serves South Orange County, California — generally from Tustin to San Clemente. Travel outside that area is at Lexi's discretion and may include an additional travel fee, agreed in advance.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

provide accurate information about your health, injuries, and relevant history when asked;
consult a licensed healthcare provider before starting services if appropriate for your situation;
provide a reasonably safe, clean space with room to move during the session;
tell Lexi immediately if anything hurts, feels off, or doesn't feel safe;
treat Lexi with respect — Simi Fit reserves the right to end any session and decline future bookings for any conduct that is unsafe, harassing, or inappropriate, with no refund.

7. In-person client agreement and waiver

Before your first session, Simi Fit will ask you to sign an in-person Client Agreement and Release of Liability covering your participation in exercise, cupping, and stretching sessions. That signed document — not this website — is the operative agreement and release for your in-person sessions. The terms on this page govern your use of simifitoc.com and outline our general expectations. If anything on this page conflicts with the signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

8. Assumption of risk

Exercise, cupping, and assisted stretching involve inherent risks, including soreness, injury, dizziness, skin marks from cupping, and aggravation of pre-existing conditions. By booking a session, you acknowledge these risks and agree to discuss any concerns with Lexi before the session begins. The detailed assumption-of-risk and release-of-liability language is contained in the signed in-person Client Agreement (see Section 7). For more on safety, see our Health & Medical Disclaimer.

9. Limitation of liability (website use)

To the maximum extent permitted by California law, Simi Fit LLC and Lexi Simi are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, arising from or related to your use of simifitoc.com. This Section 9 applies to your use of this website only. Liability arising from in-person sessions is governed by the signed Client Agreement, not by this website. Nothing in these terms purports to limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited under California law, including for gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, or personal injury caused by our negligence where law prohibits such limitation (see Cal. Civ. Code § 1668).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Simi Fit LLC and Lexi Simi harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party arising from your breach of these terms, your violation of any law, or your conduct during sessions (other than claims arising from our own negligence or willful misconduct).

11. Website content

Content on simifitoc.com — including text, images, and design — is the property of Simi Fit LLC and is provided for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice. We may update or remove content at any time.

12. Privacy

Your privacy matters. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how we use it.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising under these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top of the page. Continued use of simifitoc.com or booking sessions after a change means you accept the updated terms.

15. Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
