Simi Fit LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Simi Fit LLC is a California limited liability company operated by Lexi Simi in South Orange County, California.
What we collect
When you fill out the contact form on simifitoc.com, we collect the information you choose to share, which typically includes:
- your name;
- your email address;
- your phone number (optional);
- the service you're interested in and your preferred times;
- any background you provide about your goals, injuries, or health situation in the message field.
We do not use cookies, analytics, or tracking pixels on this site. We don't collect anything about your visit other than the information you submit through the form.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to:
- respond to your inquiry;
- schedule, prepare for, and follow up on sessions;
- send appointment confirmations or reminders;
- provide the services you've requested.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Who we share it with
Your contact form submission is delivered to us by Formsubmit.co, a third-party form processor that emails the submission to Lexi. Formsubmit's handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy; please review it for details on how it stores and processes form submissions. We do not store form submissions on this website itself.
We may share information with service providers (for example, scheduling tools or payment processors like Venmo or Zelle) only as necessary to provide our services. We may also disclose information when required by law.
How long we keep it
We retain inquiry emails and client records for as long as reasonably needed to provide services and meet legal or tax obligations. You can ask us to delete your records at any time (see “Your rights” below).
Health-related information
If you share details about injuries, pain, or other health-related information in the contact form or during sessions, we treat that information as confidential. Simi Fit is not a HIPAA-covered entity, but we still handle anything sensitive you share with care.
Your rights (California residents)
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to:

Children
Simi Fit's services are intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through our site, please contact us so we can delete it.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
